Report a Bug or Request a Feature

CrossPoint Sync is open source. The best way to report an issue or suggest a feature is to open an issue on GitHub.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Make sure your iPhone and XTEink X4 are on the same WiFi network.
• Double-check the IP address shown on your reader's settings screen.
• If a transfer fails, the app will retry automatically — just make sure you're still connected.
• Try restarting the app if the connection drops after your device goes to sleep.
